At BUCKETVIBE we have developed partnerships with suppliers from all over the world (Asia, the United States and Europe) in order to offer you authentic products at the best prices.

Our products are therefore sent directly from several geographical areas around the world without any intermediaries. This enables us to offer you authentic products at the best prices.

Our team delivers within an average of 10 to 15 working days. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

At BUCKETVIBE we have suppliers all over the world.

If you order several items, they may not be manufactured and shipped by the same supplier.

Rather than centralising everything in our shop, suppliers send their items directly to you as soon as they are ready, bypassing our premises for faster delivery. So don’t be surprised if you receive your order in several packages.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We’re sorry if you’ve had a problem with your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items to us, at your expense.

If you have received a damaged or non-conforming item or if you are not satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services at contact@bucketvibe.com.

You have 14 days to return your order to our warehouse, at your expense.

You will be reimbursed immediately once the item has been received and its condition checked by our teams.

We will reply within 24 working hours.

– Number of the order to be cancelled

Our team will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

If you are out of time and your parcel has already been dispatched, we cannot do anything until you receive your order, after which we can proceed with a refund if necessary, after the item has been returned to our warehouse at your expense.

To find out where your parcel is / track your parcel, please go to the “Order tracking” page and enter the following information:

A shipment confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent a few days after purchase.

Your tracking number does not work directly on receipt of the shipment confirmation email. It will be active within 7 working days.

Don’t worry, your order has been shipped and will be delivered to your home.
